how to simulate a BJT current mirror on PSPICE?

Place two or three transistors in a current mirror circuit known from literature...
 

actually i m having a log domain filter circuit
can u provide mr pspice code for it
i will really be thank ful to you..

I suppose, you intent to simulate this circuit. Does the simulation package you are using not contain a schematic entry module?
