how to convert a vcr to a cable descrambler?

cable tv descramblers

does anyone know to to convert a vcr to a cable descrambler?
I already have cable, but would like to have cable in another room
without having to pay another bunch of money for a box

try make wirelles i mean use rf uotput on your vcr and rcive signal by antenna in another room.
