Is there any relationship between how much DC power is required and fundamental frequency (2 GHz vs 18 GHz) for DROs? (Assuming same output power)

thx,
GE

not really, except that circuitry in general is lossier at higher frequencies, so you will need to produce a little more oscillating power at 18 Ghz than at 2 GHz to get the same power measured at the coaxial connector output.
