i have seen using of push pull boost converter circuit . i want to know the operation of this circuit. In something they have use LM5001 ic for boost operation .I too want interior operation of this ic . Which one is best ? I want the reply soon.:|

Take a look at SG3525 PWM controller. Very easy to set up. Then use two MOSFETs in push-pull configuration. Step it up using ferrite transformer. Rectify the output. Then run it through a 50Hz H-bridge using another SG3525 and IR2110 or other such driver. Done! voila! an SMPS inverter. Too bad its not as easy as it seems. But you can master it within 6 months. As starter look at SG3525 and IR2110. Then research on SMPS theory and post your progress here. I'll try to help you as much as possible.

Coming on board, this forum is a strong prospect for me on designing and building higher wattage inverters; i think.
. Do you have circuit diagrams for 7.5\10\15KVA inverter? I need the circuit real real urgent.

If any any, great.

If you had the schematic diagram for a 15KVA inverter magically fallen from the sky to your hands; it is very probable you would never be able to build one.
The parts are not at the corner store.

And from 12VDC it would suck up to 1500 Amperes from the battery. Do you have an idea what 1500 Amperes mean ?

thank you sir for your kindly reply, but now decided to build a inverter 12vdc to 230vac ,3phase,80w without transformer using power devices (mosfet/IGBT) .how to choose switching device & for driving the gate of power device we are thinking of using PWM technique (Microcontroller). for to generate this pulse how to write a program to turn on particular switching device in microcontroller .we need a reply .

Hi sudhaa30,
Which microcontroller do you have in mind? PIC? AVR? ARM? or other?
For transformerless, at 80W power, it is possible. First step up the dc 12v to about 300vdc using the microcontroller or PWM IC and MOSFET/IGBT with BOOST topology and then use microcontroller to pulse the 3phase MOSFET/IGBT bridge. I'm guessing it should be sine wave output, so you have to implement sinusoidal PWM. Hope you have an idea on this, if not there are plenty of resources out there explaining it.
