ULN IC Required - help needed

ULN IC Required

I am making 16 rows led moving message display. i am using 3 pins from microcontroller which i will be giving to 595 shit register and then planning to use uln ic for current amplification as these lines will be used as positive to my led board. please suggess which is i should use.

If the rows are cathodes and the collums are anodes, the 2x ULN2803 can be used to power the 16 rows. And for the collums, the UDN2580 source driver may be used. Cheers
