please help me in the following questions:
how the saturation in mos is different from that of bjt?
What happens to delay if we include a resistance at the output of a CMOS circuit?
how to design a "combinational circuit" to decrease the frequency by 2 with 75% duty cycle?




please help in designing a combinational circuit to change the
a) duty cycle
b) frequency
