signature recognition matlab

I'm doing a final year project on signature recognition system using matlab.
can anyone suggest some useful links or books for this purpose?
can i get some useful codes too?..if yes,where..plz help.

Here you have a link to a post where it is described an off-line Automatic Signature Verification System system in MatLab using a MultiLayer Perceptron for classification. Although it's in spanish you can request the source code.
