avr compiler

dear all,
Please suggest cheap and best compiler and debugger for pic and avr microcontrollers.

best pic micro compiler

That depends what language you want to compile and debug. Also, I don't think there is a compiler that does PIC and AVR in the same package

I m familear with language c and pic and avr compiler is not in thae same package then suggest me seperately.

Well, the AVR has avr-gcc or WinAVR (they are the same thing). MCC18 for the PIC18F series has a free student edition and for the PIC16F/PIC12F series there are a few different compilers (I prefer sourceboost myself).
 

Try the C-compiler from Microelectronik, it is free and works fine.
