ipaq service manual

Does anybody have something like a Servicemanual for HP's iPaq?

Especially i need some infos of the accu-to-ipaq connection of iPaqs with internal Accu (like 3970).

Or a Pinout of the external Connectors of an iPaq would be also very fine!
