Hello. I am planning a project that incorporates writing to an sram chip, preferably a 23k256. I was wondering if anyone had any sample code of writing info to a sram chip through an spi interface, the chip doesn't matter as long as it has at least 10 more i/o pins available. It would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,

Have not used the S Ram chips - but AN1245 and the chips datasheet do give the info if not the actual code.

Have a look at AN966, I have run their full working routines for SPI to EEprom which with the above info should make it easy enough to code - its in assemler though.
