how design an algorythem for an adaptive DM system which minimize all possible degrades. A flow diagram will be preferred.

Actually ....its not what i want...i want an algorithm ...for adaptive Delta Modulation

Hello!

So what you want is an ADPCM codec, right?
In this case, if you search google for "g726", you will find explanations, diagrams
and even source code. You want to encode voice, right?
