Desperate need to identify chip as per attached photo

identify chip

Hi,

I need to identify and then find datasheet or other documentation of the chip die as per attached photo. This is USB NAND flash interface microcontroller. My guess it could be 8051 core involved but not sure.

See attached photo of the die.

Has somebody seen something similar?

Any help would be highly appreciated
