Company has secured venture capital funding from global venture capitalists,-one of the biggest venture capital firm in world, and Indian Media houses. Company has started operations in Pune and plans to develop the team of 150 people in coming months.
Requirement details :
1) MHEG-5 Application Developer
We are looking for highly motivated, creative and talented software engineers who
have a passion for technology, to work in our office in Pune. The candidates should be team players, who can also act independently, will be a contributor of ideas, product developments, processes and add value to the team and company. We are looking to employ a candidate with a degree level education and preferably:
* Computer Sciences degree or MCA or MSc Computer Science
Experience in:
* Embedded system software development
* Set top box software
* Knowledge of Digital video Broadcasting (DVB) and MHEG-5 standards
* Experience on MHEG-5 Engine/Application Development
* Experience on Real time operating systems
* 2-3 years experience in programming work
* Strong programming language experience on C/C++
* Good knowledge in software development cycle
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
2) OS Specialist
We are looking for highly motivated and talented software engineers who have a passion for technology, to work in our office in Pune. The candidates should be team players, who can also act independently, will be a contributor of ideas, product developments, processes and add value to the team and company.
We are looking to employ a candidate with a degree level education and preferably:
* MS Computer Science
Experience in:
* Embedded system software development
* Set top box software
* Knowledge of Digital video Broadcasting (DVB)
* Experience on Real time operating systems 0
* 2-3 years hands-on experience to Enhance the Linux Kernel & OS to support new advanced features
* Track, evaluate, and integrate development from the Linux open source community
* Expert knowledge in at least three of the following
- IP networking
- SMP
- Process Management
- Virtual Memory
- I/O Sub System
- Security
- Performance Analysis
- File Systems
- Resource Management
* Experience on Device Driver code development
* Strong programming language experience on C/C++
* Thorough understanding of Linux Kernel & OS Architecture
* Good knowledge in software development cycle
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
