I teach dsp systems .. And i have seen some openings for JOBS in this MARKET in the US .Even for Foreigns that want to work here ... Intel for example is HIRING right NOW .. Unfortunatly .For this year The non inmigrant quota of H-1 visas is now REACHED ! But next october will be open again .. DPS systems is one area of EXTPERTISE where there is shortage of trained PEOFESSIONALS in the US ..

Here i'm enclosing the INTEL AD:

We have an opportunity for you to develop your career by working with some of the top engineers in the world. Intel software engineers are responsible for developing industry-leading software solutions for a variety of applications. You'll have the opportunity to define software industry standards by supporting research and development efforts and assisting with new products.

To be successful you must possess an M.S. or Ph.D. in Communications and/or Signal Processing related field, with over five years of hands-on experience optimizing communication systems performance. Additional qualifications include:

• Hands-on experience in digital communications techniques stemming from product development, particularly pertaining to wireless applications, including basic modulation/demodulation schemes, error correction coding

• Knowledge and experience in advanced techniques, such as MIMO, LDPC, as well as analog/digital design trade-offs and RF specifications

• Strong communications system simulation experience, including modular simulation platform design, floating/fixed point implementation, test vector generation, regression test, etc.

• Team oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communications skills and self-management discipline

In this Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Systems Engineer position you will design and implement digital communications components and systems based on major broadcast standards. You will define and develop software platform for impairment modeling and end-to-end DSP systems simulation, encompassing integration of MATLAB*/C floating point and fixed point code, allowing single platform seamless progression from DSP performance validation to test vector generation for subsequent firmware and hardware designs, and finally to FPGA implementation. You will also contribute to product architectural definition by providing digital sub-system level requirements for overall cost/BOM analysis.

Intel hires qualified candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.-- that is, authorized to work without restriction as to a particular employer. This includes U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. legal permanent residents, temporary residents granted legalization under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, asylees, and refugees.
For foreign nationals who do not fall in one of the above categories, we limit our hiring of persons requiring visa sponsorship or individuals currently on a non-immigrant visa (e.g., H-1, J-1, L-1, F-1, B-1, TN) to candidates at the MS and PhD levels (or those who have equivalent work experience) who are applying for positions for which there is a demonstrated shortage of qualified U.S. candidates.

At Intel, we are committed to equal employment opportunity. We respect, value and welcome diversity in our workforce, as well as in our customers, our suppliers and the global marketplace. Intel also values being a great place to work and strives to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace. Accordingly, Intel conditions all offers of employment on satisfactory completion of a drug screen (where allowed) and a background check. Intel does not accept resumes from headhunters or suppliers that have not signed a formal fee agreement. Our supplier base is limited to specific hiring needs. Therefore, any resume received from an unapproved supplier will be considered unsolicited, and Intel will not be obligated to pay a referral fee.
