Hye Everybody...!!

I am using FPGA De2 Board Cyclone II, I have one question:
- how i want write a "case(count[3:0])" code I just wanna to use it from 4'b000 to 4'b1001 only. However, quartus II 8.0 Web Edition it read from 0 to 4'b1111. Can anyone answer my question?
