Has anyone built this circuit. I have several students that are having issues with this. The circuit is built exactly like the schematic. We are using MP Lab Plus hardware and software. We loaded the hex code into the micro it verifies but it will not work. Any help appreciated. The originally person used IC Prog, would this make a difference?

was the software already working before ?

by the way,
Hexfile, no matter it is programmed through icprog or MPlab, it shoudl work as it is.
here problem could be somewhere else.
