i want to press ctrl

I want to add a hot key to orcad capture,press CTRL+drag mouse left key = ZOOM IN REGION function.How can I define this function?Thanks
 

orcad ctrl zoom

I think we can use the software of autohokey to finish this function.But I am not familiar to it.Who can give me a .ahk program for it?
