automatically arranging windows in Cadence

Hi there, guys. I've heard that it is possible by some scripts to do something like this :... when I'm opening CADENCE all the windows (CIW, etc) to arrange in a certain way without arranging them myself. I hope you understood what I tried to explain here.
Can you say how is this possible ?
