spartan 3 maximum speed

I am thinking of using a Spartan 3 device as a base device for a logic analyzer.

What is the maximum speed of the block RAM for writing/reading to it?

Can two block RAM's be 180 degrees phase shifted for doubling the capture rate?

Or any other/better device for this?

spartan ram speed

About 200MHz
