how to calculate the equivalant resitance of a tran gate

i want to calculate the equivalant input resitance of tran gate.
what test bench i shuld write for that
other query is is that resistance will be equal to on resistance or off resistance of tran gate.
 

If by "tran gate" you mean "transmission gate", and by "resistance" you mean the "ON resistance", you have to calculate the inverse of the slope of the Id-Vds curve in the triode region of operation for each transistor (see picture attached). After that, just calculate the parallel equivalent for the P and the N transistors.
