Ask for Advice

I'm a graduate student with Master Degree in Power Electronics in China.
These days I got two offers, one is from Delta Electronics, as R&D Engineer; and another is from Analog Devices, as FAE.
I decided to accept Delta's offer.
Is anybody here familiar with these two companis can give me, a fresher, some advice?
Thx a lot

Re: Ask for Advice

analog is one of bigger devices manufacturer of the world.
Good luck.

Re: Ask for Advice

Analog devices invest in their FAE by training, hands on experience working with customer in different area and so on very much, and do not have a high rate of changing poeple, they prefer to 'move' within company to areas of speciality instead of paying them off. New training and backup is never an issue.

I do not know Delta, but AD do not rely on a single market segment to survive, and have specialist products.

Of course up to you.

Re: Ask for Advice

I know delta as one of the biggest switching power supply makers in the world.. They have designed innovating 6 MWatt Switching Power Supplies...

They are highly specialized in this field maybe its good but AD is more down to components HQ components that is....

Think that you should go for Delta looking at your background..

regards,

Paul.
