Hello, I was trying to enable this PORT(COM/LPT) on an old IBM Thinkpad with windows 98 SE as OS. But to reinstall it, it was asking for a disk with win98SE. Since I don't have this win98SE, is there someone who could give me a driver for serial port. I will appreciate any help.

That's long ago, but did you try, when asked for the W98 disk, to point to the windows or windows\system (system32 or something?) directory. If the driver has ever been installed and is still on the system, I think it can be reactivated this way - not sure.
