diesel generator automation

Dear friends a project have been given to me for my final year and that project is the automation of diesel generator using PLC.
Beside switching i want to automate its fuel,radiater temperature, radiater water level.BUT which sensor do i need to measure its fuel, water level and temperature.
im in karachi and i want guidence of you guyz.

Hello!
just use the common sensors to do the project. for temperature you can use the thermocouples or tehrmistors to sense the water temp, ofcourse you will require to do some signal conditioning and calibration. for water level sensing you can use the normal electrodes for sensing and fuel you can use the echo sensor , like the way they do in automobile fuel gauges.
