I get the error

Also i remember being able to see upload/download ebook section.
What do i need to do in order to access it again?

Probably what you are looking for was there in the forums that have been removed. So you have nothing to do as we all have nothing, too. So look for other source or ask somebody to send to you to your personal mail if the size permits.
