How to setup TM plane wave and TE plane wave on HFSS?

te tm wave

I am trying to setup TM plane wave and TE plane wave for excitation source on HFSS but I can not.
Anyone knows how to do it?! (or has any documents about this problem.)
Please help me.

in HFSS you can set up a plane wave excitation and then define the polarization as being linear along a definable vector. Read about plane wave excitations in the on line help.

You can also set up elliptical polarizations.
