Problem with FiberHome ADSL Modem

fiberhome adsl modem

hello

I used this modem for about 2 years .Now when i use modem for about 15 minute ,it's LINK (telephone line) LED goes blinking.
I think when the board goes to be hot this happens.
I took photos from it's board .
