What is mAH specified on the battery? If my battery is 600mAH supplied to a system with 30uA. Then how long it will last theoretically? Thanks.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAh
The ampere-hour is a unit frequently used in measurements associated with electrochemical process such as electroplating and electrical batteries. Although it is not a direct measure of the energy in a battery (like the joule (J) or watt-hour (W·h)), it is a common rating of how long a battery will last (or in the case of a rechargeable battery, how long it will last when fully charged).

Your battery, theoretically will last: 600 mAh/0.03 mA = 20,000 h = 833.33 days = 2 years, 3 months and 13 days

It is another way of saying the power. X mA deliverable per hour.

Watch out for internal leakage, dependent on type of battery, rechargeables are not good, will probably be more than you are drawing. There are dry batteries available with a shelf life of 10 years, which would be better suited.
