Colleagues,

Suddenly the core voltage (normally 1.8V) on my CoolRunner fell to 0.3V. Probably, the core got fried, and now the core voltage is shorted to ground. Could something like that happen, if an output of a CoolRunner (peripheral 3.3V) is shorted to ground?

Cheers,
- Nick

P.S. In other words, is it possible to fry the core by shorting an output to ground?
