Hi all

I am using spartan3 FPGA board to configure a memory device which is CMOS based 1.8V compatible logic.

I am almost done with every thing but i am stuck on setting the IO standard for output of FPGA, I know that Spartan3 can be configured for 1.8V output voltage but i could not find how to sent that.

I used following two syntex
1) in Verilog file: (//synthesis ...)
2) in ucf file : net "----" IOSTANDARD="---"

but none seems to work....

Please can someone tell me how to configure the Spartan3 output for 1.8V.

Much thanks in Advance...

please look at its datasheet. there are two pins for every io banks that by setting the u can change the level of io to support
