Where I find doccummeantion to create a custom board definition file from my system?

edk create custom board

C:\EDK92\doc\usenglish\psf_rm.pdf (assuming you have EDK 9.2)

I highly recommend to use an existing xbd from one of the demo boards which is closer to your custom board as a starting point.
