moving message display using led matrix

pic 5x7 matrix

Hi,
Recently I got a gaming machine display board from ebay, It has 6 5x7 matrix ,32 bar graph Led's and 4 MM5450 controllers. Is it possible to use these controllers with AVR or PIC to make a moving display..? I am attaching the circuit and the picture of the pcb..

I am sure that you can connect the controllers to a PIC or AVR. You should look at the **broken link removed** for information.

yes u can.. u can use PIC16f877a.
actually any control will do

Definatly you can program your own microcontroller and can make it moving message display. Alternatively you can visit **broken link removed**, here you can buy moving message display product at cheap durt price.
