hi can anyone plzz give me the hardware and software of the programmer for
22V10 PLD....!!!!!

It really depends on who made your 22V10. A commerical programmer will be able to handle it. If you have one of the supported vendors, then perhaps the following home-made version will work. Check out GALBLAST at the URL below or search the Internet for that term.
