about buck/boost converter

Hi,guys:

i have a question about buck/boost converter.

the output voltage of the converter is Vout=-Vin*(D/(1-D)). how to convert the negetave voltage to positive voltage?

what should I pay attention to in doing the buck/boost converter?

can some one give some reference papers ?
