Can any one explain the compatibility between XC3SD1800A-4FG676I and XC3SD3400A-4FG676I(Spartan3 ADSPs)?
give me suggestion in selecting memories of PROM and SDRAM with 64k capacity to support the Spartan3 ADSP from external.

Actually am brand new to FPGA concepts could you pls explain me in detail
 

Try downloading the datasheet from the Xilinx website. It will answer all of your questions and you will learn quite a bit as well.
