Precision Peak detector or Sample/Hold circuit

anyone can share a peak detector??
Im gonna use it in 10Mhz ac signal with peak voltage ranges from 200mVpp - 800mVpp....I do have the design bit it only worked in 1Mhz.

Use a digital potentiometer.
