Components for connecting to Willem programmers ICSP

Hi All
Can you please help me with the pcb below its a adapter to connect to a willem programmers icsp connector. the connector on the right will have jump leads connected which will in turn connect to the relavent pin on ziff socket. The question is I think it need some components i.e. caps resistors but where do they go ?
