hi all,
im going to continue my doubts, please answer queries.

3.the special functionality of our brain is multi functionality, right...then how can we implement this functionality of brain using ANN.Is there any real time application for this which is already implemented?

4.how can we apply the multi functinlity using neural nets to solve constraint problems?

5. Is the computer supports multi processing?why im asking this is,computer executes instructions one by one, then how it will it do the multi funs at a time?

The computer can indeed process signals in parallel. Neural nets can have many inputs which are processed in parallel. it can learn patterns and hence filter out errors to give correct output with noisy inputs.
For more details read the MATLAB documentation under Neural Network Toolbox.
