every body

is LVDS tx driver architecture will work for USB low speed/full speed driver , if you have any info regarding low speed/full speed driver can you intimate me?

Hello,

USB driver requirements are defined in detail in USB spec regarding impedances, voltage levels, rise and fall times, symmetry of differential signals.

LVDS doesn't meet the level requirements, furthermore USB has additional singled ended signaling, that can't be provided by a usual differential driver. For reduced requirements, e. g. short distance interchip USB, you can use two CMOS tristate drivers for USB TX.
