I am looking to simulate the average signal power of BPSK,QPSK,16QAM,64QAM modulated signal using Matlab/Simulink. Is there a way to do this. Do libraries already exist thst does this.

Any pointers/ideas?

yes all the libraries contain the required needs.
and for the codes you can also get help from the mathworks oficial website

In matlab it is already there.

I'm using the studetn version of Matlab (Matlab 6 version 12). Can I still do it if so where can I find the files. I checked Mathworks but dont know what I am looking for.
