having problem with ds89c450

need to build programmer for ds89c450 using max232 driver
to program with mtk
using a 12MHz crystal.

Help me plz?
 

- RST needs to be held high to enter the ROM loader.
- Use an 11.0592MHz crystal instead, the numbers work out right for most standard baud rates.
