Frnds,

Myself doing project on FPGA as part of academics. I need a Level shifter IC between 8-bit Parallel Flash ADC and FPGA. Purpose is to convert high level voltage 5V to 3.3V (acceptable by FPGA)& no shift required in low level. & also I plan to use 8-bit ADC, so if you have used or know any IC which helps in high level shifter accepting 8-bit input parallely, level shift & output parallely, with preferably less conversion time. could u please suggest it?

Regards,
sita

Hi,

You can use IDT74ALVC164245 for 16 bit
and IDT74ALVC4245 for 8 bit.
It is basically transceiver which will convert the levels on both sides.

You can see the attachment which will solve your problem.

If you need more details don't hesitate to contact me.

You can use a voltage clump device. From TI
