scs file cadence

Dear all,
I run my simulation with spectre of Cadence. One diode i wish
to use is only .scs file and no symbol with it.
You know the simulation flow is usually draw schematic first and
add stimi, then evoke spectre and run simulation. Without symbol, I
have no idea to draw the schematic.
Could any kind man help me ?
Best wishes

.scs file cadence

You can you symbols from library analogLib and fill the model name with proper value. The .scs file you mentioned should be a model file.

I have the same problem.
How can I create a model from scs files?

The other way round: You should have a (SPECTRE) model file and copy it to a .scs file.

If you have a SPICE model file, begin it with
Code:
simulator lang=spice
