interfacing lm35 to adc0804

In the figure below, what pin in adc0804 will I connect the output of lm35 and the output of the amplifier(Vref 0.64V)?

In the DAC080X datasheet is shown the next typical configuration.

You can see the diferential input for this ADC, then you must connect pin 6 of the ADC in the output of LM35 and pin 7 to ground.
