Hi,

When I run DRC, there is density error. But I don't want foundry auto fill dummy metal in some part. Which layer (layer name & type in LSW) should I use to block those part?

Thx

You can draw dummy Blockage layer at ther place where you don't want auto filling. for example, To block M1 metal filling at foundary, Draw M1 _dummy blockage layer.
for proper layer info, consult with ur CAD department
