Actually iam interfacing M29W160EB with AT89C51RD2................

I have connected the signals like this:

Flash G(Output enable) signal to AT89C51RD2 RD

Flash W(Write enable) signal to AT89C51RD2 WR

and the Chip enable to GND......

I have seen in the datasheet of flash this sentence about read operation:
"A valid Bus Read operation involves setting the desired address on the Address
Inputs, applying a Low signal to Chip Enable and Output Enable and keeping Write Enable High"

here all operations will be done my microcontroller except making Chip select to
LOW when desired address is setup..because it is always connected to GND.....

How to get out of this problem...................because flash read operation is not working.............

Any help will be appreciated................

Thank u.....
waiting for reply.........
