Hi, there:
I want to get the parasitic capacitance of a device in ADS, after DC simulation and I can get a detail report of operating point info. but I am not very familar with some of these quantities related to capacitance, seems these quantities are based on meyer capacitance model and not the more frequently used Cgs Cgd Cjd Cjs as in Cadance, How can I convert these quantities??

Thanks.

Hi, say I want to calc the pole location, so maybe Cgs or Cgd must be known, but what I get are CgsM and CgdM and CgbM which are zeros(although my circuit is working well.), someone told me those are Meyer models which by no means I can get the meaning. Also I get something very strange from the detailed DC op info, such as DqgDsb and dont know how they are related to Cgs Cgd.

Thanks

better you refer the following book
