PLS GIVE ME SOME LINKS ON DIGITAL POWER FACTOR METER
MAY BE USING IC'S OPR MICROCONTROLLER BASED...
I NEED FOR MY FINAL PROJECT
 

Microchip make an ic to measure power factor.
Check out the application notes for a reference design.
