ALtera POF user information field

Hi all, i've edited a pof file for a 20k100 device in an text editor, and there is a nice "UNUSED" string in the first line of the POF file.
Is there a way to control that string from compilation option or any ohter way.
Could be usefull to easily identify the version/source of the file.
