HI:
I have two questions about .pz analysis.
1) how to calculator the frequency of Pole and Zero from Real and Imag ??
2) What is Constant Factor mean ??

THANKS!!

Re: .PZ Analysis Results

for 1), sqrt(R**2+I**2)/2pi, is it right?

.PZ Analysis Results

1) form system state equations, using matrix.
2) contant for the transfer function
H(s)=K*(1+s/z1).../(1+s/p1)(1+s/p2)....
constant K is that.

from the H(s), the constant K is the gain, right?

I have tried the simple RC circuit for the PZ analysis. it's strange. K=4e-2.
I dont kow why

.PZ Analysis Results

If we define:
H(s)=K*(s+z1)...*(s+zn)/(s+p1)(s+p2) ...

then the K is the gain, and after .pz analysis, the result constant K will be the same as that.
