16f84a 13v

hi
i have a serious problem with programming pic 16f84a using ujdm programmer

i always have a verify error at location 0000h
can any one tell me what is going on please

Added after 8 minutes:

i forgot to say that i am using ic-prog 1.05e as a software (win xp )
sorry

Upload schematic for you programmer,
Possibility for many reason for this,
1. bad pic (try with another),
2. check communication cabel,
3. If you are setting CP ON bit, your programmer reed all location like empty,
4. JDM programmer use power from PC motherboard, may be your not capable to do this (do you before succesfuly programm some pic),
regards

I think the most likely cause is the /MCLR voltage which is too low. The part then fails to enter programming mode.
Measure the /MCLR voltage and if it is not 13V, then that is the problem.
Otherwise try using another PIC, see if it programs.

Hi, i think too that problem is low voltage.
it's a typical problem of programmer without external power supply as jdm...
